  RECEPTIONIST 
  The function: 
 Operating and updating the telephone exchange
 Helping to implement a new telephone exchange
 Preparing and receiving visitors
 Distribution of incoming mail and the dispatch of mailings and outgoing mail
 Booking flights, hotel stays and rental cars for colleagues and helping to implement a new system for this
 Performing various other administrative tasks
