Job Description
Function : Answers incoming calls, directs calls to the proper person, filing invoices, and greet/sign-in visitors. Ensure the office facility responsibilities are fulfilled as listed below and support departments across the organization as requested.
Reports to : Sr. Director of Human Resources
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned)
Receptionist:
- Answers and transfer incoming calls
- Maintain customer records in file room
- Order: business cards, name badges, name plates and rep bag
- Maintain inventory spreadsheet for business cards, name badges, rep bags
- Process outgoing mail with postage machine
- Manage postage machine funds
- Manage Data Safe schedule
- Greet and sign-in temps and visitors
- Assist other department with projects as need...
