Administrative Assistant / Receptionist We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organized professional to provide an exceptional experience for clients, visitors, and employees while supporting key administrative and operational processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner. Manage visitor flow, correspondence, and in-person requests efficiently. Respond to and route inquiries received in person, by email, and through company platforms. Support administrative, customer service, and claims-related processes. Coordinate documentation and follow up on operational activities and requests. Maintain an organized reception area aligned with company service standards.
