What will you do?
Perform secretarial and administrative tasks such as reception services, mail distribution, post office duties, and general errands.
Welcome guests and transporters, managing front desk operations efficiently.
Handle switchboard operations and assist with internal communications.
Sort and distribute mail and packages.
Support the organization of small events (e.g., catering for clients or internal company events).
Manage DHL shipments and other logistical needs.
