Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to customers, guests, and management during meetings and discussions.
Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Assist with general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
Pleasant personality with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Positive attitude and customer-service oriented.
