Receptionist (Time Piece Service Saff)

JOB SUMMARY: The Time Piece Service Staff (TPSS) is responsible for providing frontline service support for timepiece repair and servicing operations. The position handles customer inquiries, job order documentation, cashiering-related tasks, and coordination between customers, service supervisors, and technical personnel to ensure accurate, timely, and satisfactory service delivery.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

· Receives and entertains all customer inquiries at the service reception area

· Answers phone calls and responds to customer questions regarding service status, estimates, and procedures

· Prepares and processes job orders for timepiece repair and servicing

· Transfers timepieces to the Time Piece Service Supervisor for initial estimation and evaluation
