RECEPTIONIST TRAINEE (DUBBO + NARROMINE)

We are a family owned and operated Case IH, Case Construction and New Holland Dealership Group, located in Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine and Warren NSW.

We are looking for a Receptionist trainee to join our Dubbo and Narromine operations.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent receptionist services and administration support to the Dubbo and Narromine operations.

The position is a varied role and will require an enthusiastic and intuitive person who has exceptional attention to detail.

About the Job
• Phone answering
• Extensive data entry
• Interface between the customers and our team
• Completing banking, mail and other general admin tasks
• Assisting with incoming and outgoing parts freight (as required)
• Assisting with stocktake
• Provide general administrative support to our parts, service, sales and admin teams
• Any other ad hoc duties as required
