Receptionist with The Optimist

We’re now looking for a charismatic Receptionist to join The Optimist, our iconic, Barcelona-inspired Northern Spanish grill on Hennessy Road.

As a Receptionist, you should also be able to deal with emergencies quickly and gracefully, with full consideration of the floor operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and manage guests’ needs to enhance guest satisfaction
• Support the floor team in managing tables efficiently to optimise covers and turns
• Ensure all company standards are met during service
• Set up the reception desk before shifts
• Answer calls for booking and event enquiries

Requirements
