What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in guests efficiently and professionally
• Manage guest enquiries via email, telephone and in person
• Take ownership of guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution
• Balance daily revenue reports and perform night audit procedures when required
• Conduct daily pit checks and ensure financial accuracy
• Manage guest accounts and billing processes
• Distribute daily reports to relevant department heads
• Operate the switchboard and coordinate reservations and restaurant bookings
