As a Recruiting Specialist in the Global HR Team of Ruhrpumpen, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for strategic, associates and mid-manager positions located in different location in the world. You will have the opportunity to manage full cycle global talent acquisition needs.







Main responsibilities:





+ Sourcing and hiring employees for strategic, associates, mid-manager and up level positions throughout our Global locations and Manufacturing facilities.



+ Be a team player who will collaborate with the HR Global team and recruiters.



+ Perform candidate sourcing (internal & external) to attract the best talent in the industry.



+ Collaborate in the continues improvement for the recruiting processes, database, & network.



+ Perform the complete recruitment process; post job openings, screen applicants, source passive candidate...
