Our Guadalajara office team is growing and we are looking for a **Bilingual Recruiter** to join our amazing team. Work from Home during the pandemic.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Preferable experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Effective time-management abilities
- Strong decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attentive to detail, result-oriented.
- Live in Guadalajara, Mexico.
