Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Colombia time)

Job Description: The Recruiter will be responsible for actively sourcing talent into the organization. This includes making outbound calls, sourcing candidates through web-based platforms, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, and supporting the Staffing Coordinator throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract caregiver talent
• Answer inbound inquiries and convert them into interviews
• Interview, screen, and test applicants
• Participate in recruiting events and job fairs
• Maintain documentation of associate records in the system
• Ensure complete and updated personnel files for caregiver associate
