**Responsibilities**:
- Promote job vacancies in strategic areas of Tijuana.
- Assist in mass recruitment events and brand activations.
- Report daily activities and results.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in bilingual recruiter for field work (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
- Availability to work in the field (areas such as shopping malls, universities, etc.).
- Basic handling of mobile devices to register information.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
