Reconciliation Operations Lead

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Reconciliation Team performs daily reconciliation activities of the Bank requiring the timely and accurate recognition of transactions into the proper general and subsidiary ledgers.
Develop and execute short- and long-term Reconciliation strategies and tactical plans that align with, and support, the Bank's operating model.
Develop and execute effective reconciliation processes and procedures for all reconciliation activities in consultation with relevant departments.
Develop and operate a responsible reconciliation system which integrates appropriate principles and standards for audit, statutory accounting and internal bank policies.
Lead the unit responsible for Reconciliation including, but not limited to, ETL, auto matching & manual matching of transactions.
