Job Summary
The Reconciliation Officer is responsible for supporting operational efficiency, helping prevent financial losses and reducing reputational risk through timely and accurate validation of merchant manually settled transactions
Key Responsibilities
Prepares summary of cases extracted from system in soft file for monitoring purposes and timely resolves cases in system to avoid escalations
