Reconstruction Project Manager

The we need is a proactive, results driven, and detailed problem solver who can help property owners put their lives together after a traumatic event such as a fire or flood. If you take pride in your ability to project manage and consider yourself an expert in construction renovation – you've come to the right place. In this role, you will supervise the renovation, oversee employees/sub-contractors, and manage cost with the insurance providers.

Responsibilities:

Take charge and manage the life cycle of a variety of reconstruction projects from planning to execution to close

Autonomously produce while having the support of estimating and planning team

Establish systems that result in the overall success of projects (i.e., quality workmanship, client relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct)
