GBS drives collaboration and sharing to improve delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes. The Americas GBS RTR Associate Manager directs activities of the GBS Record to Report (RTR) department to ensure timely, accurate and reliable reporting and services to Zimmer Biomet entities, cross‑functional teams and the stakeholders and customers of GBS. Departmental responsibilities include but are not limited to driving effective communication, setting team priorities, reviewing activities, issue resolution and escalations, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with Zimmer Biomet policies and procedures.
