Record-to-Report Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate the team in the Finance Shared Service Centre for the countries responsible for, ensuring that R2R processes and policies are always respected and tasks within R2R are performed accordingly (GL, FA, Intercompany, Cash Management, Inventory, Reporting).

Performance should meet the requirements defined in the SLA/KPI's (timely, accurate).

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Team Management & Organization

·      Manage the R2R team across countries supported by the Finance Shared Service Centre, including performance supervision, feedback, and development.

·      Organize regular team meetings and coordination sessions with Local Finance to ensure alignment and goal tracking.

·      Organize regular team meetings with R2R team in FSSC.

·      Work closely with R2R team, including direct reports (e.g. Team Leader and Junior Managers)
