Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
Receives, records, processes and releases students' records and other student-related academic documents. This may include updating accurate data in record-keeping systems.
Evaluates all academic credits of the students and determines the authenticity and validity of students' credentials for purposes of registration and to enforce admission requirements.
Manages of all correspondence regarding student records with third parties while adhering to Philippine laws. Issues transfer credentials, transcript of records, diplomas, and other documents.
Help in migrating data from old system to new system
Ensures that all information acquired by the College is kept confidential and is used only for the purpose it is intended for. Manages and updates student and faculty record-keeping systems or devices.
