Recovery / Collection Specialist

Job Purpose: The Collections Manager will handle and oversee the recovery of payments from clients, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and minimizing outstanding dues.
The role requires experience in real estate or banking collections and a strong understanding of financial and regulatory practices.

Job Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end collections process for all client payments.
* Review aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, CRM) for payment resolutions.
* Negotiate with clients and handle escalated collection cases.
* Maintain clear and updated records of all collection activities.
* Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
* Prepare regular collection updates and MIS reports.
* Work with legal advisors on dispute or recovery cases when needed.
