Recovery Officer

Job Summary:
The Recovery Officer is responsible for ensuring timely recovery of overdue loan installments, managing delinquent accounts, and minimizing portfolio at risk (PAR) through effective field recovery efforts and customer follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree.
1–3 years of experience in recovery, collections, or microfinance operations
Experience in banking / microfinance sector will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits for recovery of overdue loan installments.
Follow up with delinquent customers to ensure timely repayments.
Maintain and reduce Portfolio at Risk (PAR) as per targets.
Maintain accurate recovery records and daily visit reports.
Coordinate with branches for recovery planning and case updates.
Identify high-risk accounts and escalate critical cases to management.
Ensure compliance with recovery policies and ethical collection practices.
