Lead and manage the Recreation department towards achieving continuous improvements in resident & guest’ satisfaction, driving towards resident & guest’ engagement and wellness.

Establish departmental goals, objectives, and work plans aligned with organisational priorities.

Conduct resident and guest satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback, and propose improvement initiatives to management.

Responsible for the planning and execution of daily, monthly, and ad-hoc in-house and out-door activities for the Independent Living residents, Dependent Living residents, and the Confinement Centre guests.

Develop, manage, and maintain a structured events and activities calendar, including excursions and trips, Corporate Social Responsibility Event to promote resident engagement and wellbeing.
