RECREATION MANAGER - ABU DHABI
We are working with a 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that is looking to add a Recreation Manager to their team. The Recreation Manager will directall leisure, fitness, and entertainment operations—including pools, gyms, and kids' clubs—to create engaging guest experiences. Key duties include developing activity programs, managing staff, ensuring safety, maintaining facilities, and driving revenue through curated experiences.
We are looking for someone with great personality and high energy.
A bit about the role:
Oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities (pool, beach, gym, kids club, sports areas).
Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the recreation team.
