Recreation Specialist (Program Manager) (MVO)

Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the Outdoor Recreation located in Mountain Home AFB, ID. This is a Regular Part-time position with 20 guaranteed work hours, but may work up to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution Develops, organizes, implements, and leads a diverse, comprehensive four-season schedule of outdoor recreation activities, trips, and special events. Responsible for the comprehensive planning, scheduling, and logistical coordination of all outdoor adventures, ensuring offerings align with the needs and interests of the base community. Operates motor vehicles (MVO) to transport patrons, staff, and equipment to and from recreational sites safely and in accordance with established regulations.
