Your responsibilities will include implementing diverse leisure and recreation therapy programs, facilitating individual and group sessions, and ensuring the well-being and participation of residents in various activities. Additionally, you will accompany residents on outings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and enjoyment while maintaining clear communication with nursing staff and therapists.
