The Recreational Activities Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting program workers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for handling administrative tasks related to program delivery, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with communication between staff and tenants.
A critical part of this role is gathering tenant feedback to help improve the quality of care and services provided. By ensuring efficient administrative processes and fostering open communication, the Program Support Staff contributes to creating a positive experience for tenants and supporting program staff in delivering high-quality services.
