Recreational Program Manager for Seniors

Enhance the quality of life for residents as a Recreational Program Manager. This role focuses on developing engaging activities that cater to the psychosocial and spiritual needs of seniors.
As the Life Enrichment Manager, you will implement and evaluate recreation services that meet various resident needs. Utilize the Welbi platform to design customized activity calendars and ensure all resident recreation profiles are up to date. Collaborating with residents in planning programs will also be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and assess recreational programs tailored for residents
• Utilize the Welbi platform for activity calendar creation
• Supervise and coordinate volunteers and team members
• Facilitate Residents’ Council and monthly meetings
• Ensure KPI metrics for activities are met consistently
