Recruiter (3 months FTC)

Job Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle recruiting for Sales & Business Development positions (For Mexico office), from sourcing to offer management Partner closely with senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent. Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process Drive sourcing strategies through direct headhunting, market mapping, and talent intelligence. Build and manage strong pipelines in crypto, fintech, and other digital-first industries . Requirements: 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or executive search. Business Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
