Recruiter (3 Months Project-Based)

• Primary responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Updates 201 files and employee master list from time to time
• Monitor employee attendance
• Time keeping
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
