This is not a passive HR role. It's for a high-output recruiter who treats staffing readiness as a business-critical function.
Why This Role Exists
The company's current HR function is handling all HR + reactive recruiting. As the business scales, last-minute staffing changes make it hard to fill new accounts fast enough. This role owns recruiting and early retention for frontline roles end-to-end, ensuring the business always has ready-to-deploy talent.
