Recruiter and HR coordinator

Remote | Full-time | Fluent English Required
Time: 9-6pm EST (Hours are flexible, we care about performance not clocks).
Salary based on Experience: Starting $900-$1200+ with performance bonuses.
TopFoxx is a fast growing, women owned fashion startup reinventing the sunglasses industry with solution oriented designs and bold branding. Since 2016 we have grown from a bootstrapped e commerce brand to a global business serving hundreds of thousands of customers with an engaged community of influencers and creators.
We are not here to follow trends. We create them. Our sunglasses are tangle free, floatable, foldable, and sustainably made and we are just getting started.
This is a full stack recruiting role that requires strong communication, organizational, and evaluation skills. You will partner closely with our HR Manager and department heads to attract A player talent, refine our hiring systems, and help build a high performing remote team.
