What You’ll Own

• Recruit & Retain Talent: Craft smart, creative strategies to bring in high-impact candidates across roles and functions. Build pipelines, connect with talent, and move fast.
• Be a Strategic Partner: Advise hiring managers from job scoping to onboarding. You’ll be their go-to person for anything people-related.
