Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support our digital marketing hiring needs on a freelance/contract basis. This role will partner closely with hiring managers in a fully remote environment and requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high‑quality candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
• Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and other creative methods
• Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers on progress and challenges
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
