Halian is looking for a driven Recruiter to join our growing technology team, focusing on the European market (Benelux, France, Belgium & Switzerland), based in Dubai.

This is a 180 recruitment role focused on sourcing, headhunting, and delivering top technology talent across a range of specialist roles within the European market.

• Source and engage technology professionals across Europe (Benelux, France, Belgium & Switzerland)
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification cal
• Build strong talent pipelines across key tech skill se
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment proce
• Partner with consultants to deliver on live vacanci
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and sourcing too
