What will you do in this role?

• Post and manage job openings on different platforms.
• Screen and review CVs to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate technical assessments when required.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Support reference and background check processes.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related HR fields.
• Knowledge of 360° recruitment processes.
