Role Conditions
• Initial 6-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
• Hybrid work modality.
• Full-time position.
What will you do in this role?
• Post and manage job openings on different platforms.
• Screen and review CVs to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial pre-screening interviews.
• Coordinate technical assessments when required.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Support reference and background check processes.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team.
