Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet BPO staffing requirements. Manages the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate assessments
• Extend job offers and assist with onboarding
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment records

Qualifications

• Can speak Malay, Japanese, Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree (HR, Psychology, Business, or related field)
• 1+ year recruitment experience (BPO preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle volume hiring and meet targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
