Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for CSR and Support roles
• Handle bulk/volume hiring for domestic and international processes
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Conduct telephonic and HR screenings
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Manage offer roll out, salary negotiation, and onboarding documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers
• Ensure target closures within TAT

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience (CSR / Customer Support hiring preferred)
• Experience in BPO / ITES hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Target-driven and deadline-focused
• Familiarity with job portals (jobstreet, etc.)
