The Operations Services Recruiter plays a critical role in building and maintaining our nationwide network of inspectors and field operations professionals. This role is responsible for sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and onboarding qualified inspectors who meet Fido's service standards. You will work closely with our Operations Managers and Coordinators to understand market needs, ensure coverage in active and expansion markets, and maintain a strong bench of reliable contractors.
