Provide pro-active and tactical advice and solutions to business leaders/managers on talent acquisition matters (not covered by MSS)
Understand the business direction within the own region/country and be able to translate into impact on e.g. talent required and sourcing challenges
Understand the business direction within the own region/country and be able to translate relevant insights and local requirements to People Services Business HR and CoEs
Operational DeliveryProvides specialist technical expertise to lead both proactive and reactive recruitment activities in accordance with policies standard operating procedures and guidelines
Drives the end-to-end recruitment process:
Works with People Services leads to establish business- and applicant requirements and supports managers throughout process to drive identification selection and landing of best talent
