Location: Durban, South Africa (Remote – US Hours)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Pay: Monthly Salary Key Responsibilities Effectively manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong candidate pipeline. Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and candidates’ profiles to aid in decision-making. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
