We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter Executive Virtual Assistant to support ongoing hiring efforts for a growing cleaning company. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruiting experience, sales confidence, and technical proficiency who can consistently attract and secure qualified part-time cleaners.

The Recruiter VA will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for part-time cleaner positions. The ideal candidate understands how to sell the opportunity, manage recruitment workflows, and assist with related administrative tasks during slower hiring periods.
