We're looking for a talented recruiter to help source and place talented chefs for our clients across the world.
What you'll do
Source, screen, and interview chefs across multiple geographies.
Support recruitment for internal Biospan roles (incl. contract prep).
Own the ATS (Greenhouse): stage movement, notes, candidate comms.
Keep pipeline hygiene tight: role intake, scorecards, weekly reporting, balanced source mix (referrals, outreach, groups).
Run background checks; verify insurance/right-to-work; coordinate contract issuance (templates provided).
