About the team As a Recruiter supporting Zillow’s Customer Experience Operations organization, you’ll help drive high-volume hiring across roles that power customer engagement and service delivery. This includes positions in Connections, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and field-based roles such as Photographers.

Our team focuses on efficient, scalable hiring through class-based and pipeline-driven recruiting models.
About the role
This role is focused on executing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment. You will manage multiple requisitions and hiring classes simultaneously, owning the process from intake through offer while ensuring speed, consistency, and a strong candidate experience.

Manage end-to-end recruiting for high-volume Customer Experience Operations roles, including class-based hiring programs
