We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Contract position based in Hayward, California. This role will focus on attracting and moving candidates through the hiring process for property-related openings while ensuring a smooth and detail-oriented candidate experience. The ideal candidate can step in quickly, manage multiple searches at once, and keep recruiting activity organized and up to date.


Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for field-based property roles, including janitorial staff, maintenance personnel, and assistant property management positions.

• Evaluate resumes and employment applications to identify candidates whose background aligns with position needs.
