**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 1+ years of Talent Acquisition knowledge and/or recruiting experience
+ Up to 40% domestic travel required and the ability to attend events when needed
+ Ability to proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates through diverse channels to build strong pipelines
+ Ability to build trust and strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and partners throughout the recruitment process
+ Experience prioritizing and completing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment
