We are looking for an experienced Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our internal team. This role will support hiring across multiple client engagements by managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening through candidate presentation. You will collaborate closely with our Managing Directors and Talent Partners to identify, evaluate, and recommend talent aligned with client needs.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment. While we have established recruiting workflows, we are looking for someone who can follow processes while also contributing ideas to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and overall hiring outcomes.
