Recruiter (Internship/Onsite)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (HR/Business preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
