Recruiter

Currie & Brown is looking for an in-house recruiter for the Global Support Hub to be based in Malaysia.
The successful candidate will support the recruitment team and key hiring managers on day-to-day recruitment activity. He/She should be highly experienced in head hunting, sourcing, selecting, negotiating and recruiting outstanding technical and non-technical candidates.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring compliance with internal recruitment policy and procedures
Prioritising and understanding recruitment needs in Malaysia.
Liaising with hiring managers, understanding their technical and criteria requirements to successfully find the right people for the job
Partnering with hiring managers and seeking appropriate levels of approval from senior management throughout the recruitment process
Evaluating skill levels and sourcing appropriate candidates through internal database searches, staff referrals, job postings, social media networking, selected recruitment...
