Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with prior exposure to the Semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end recruitment experience and a solid understanding of technical hiring within semiconductor/manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Handle IT and technical roles within the Semiconductor domain
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche semiconductor skills
